Printing
Dye sublimation is an indirect printing process that uses the process of sublimation to print full-color images onto a variety of substrates. The printer prints onto a release media which then passes through a heater to vaporize the solid dye material, which then solidifies in the material resulting in the material being permanently dyed. As this type of printer allows extremely fine control of the primary color ratios, the colors remain vibrant.

Printers
Jek Sports uses 2 main types of printers, digital and silkscreen. Digital print is used for most small to
medium orders and silkscreen is used for large orders. Digital offers the benefit of there being no additional
charges for multi colors and all print is broken down into the main CMYK colors. Detail is also higher in digital
as there are no screens, and print can be up to 300dpi. Silkscreen offers the benefit of matching specific colors
and being more cost effective on long runs.
